We Manage:
Single-family Homes
Townhouses and Condominiums
Medium to Large-Grade Rental Units
Medium to Large-Grade Condominium Associations
Duties to be performed (but not limited to):
Provide monthly assessment payment coupons (if needed)
Provide parking stickers (if needed)
Collect and record monthly assessments
Pay all association bills, i.e. utilities, repairs, maintenance, etc.
Procure service personnel to maintain the physical building & grounds
Conduct four (4) business meetings per year
Take minutes for those meetings, prepare minutes for distribution to all unit owners
Handle condo sale move-in/move-out assessments letters and depository damage escrows
Provide Certificates of Insurance (when requested)
Provide Board "Right-of-first-refusal" Letters
Keep a monetary ledger of all association funds
Reconcile the association checkbook monthly
Prepare Annual Budget for the coming year
Written Proposal upon request.
