We Manage:

  • Single-family Homes
  • Townhouses and Condominiums
  • Medium to Large-Grade Rental Units
  • Medium to Large-Grade Condominium Associations

Duties to be performed (but not limited to):

  • Provide monthly assessment payment coupons (if needed)
  • Provide parking stickers (if needed)
  • Collect and record monthly assessments
  • Pay all association bills, i.e. utilities, repairs, maintenance, etc.
  • Procure service personnel to maintain the physical building & grounds
  • Conduct four (4) business meetings per year
  • Take minutes for those meetings, prepare minutes for distribution to all unit owners
  • Handle condo sale move-in/move-out assessments letters and depository damage escrows
  • Provide Certificates of Insurance (when requested)
  • Provide Board "Right-of-first-refusal" Letters
  • Keep a monetary ledger of all association funds
  • Reconcile the association checkbook monthly
  • Prepare Annual Budget for the coming year
